what we do
On receiving all the project details we will contact the homeowner to
arrange a meeting at their convenience. We will then assess the damaged
pattern imprinted concrete area to allow us to establish the pattern, shape,
colour and texture.
We then source moulds/matts and colour ready to repair the damaged
area. In some cases the pattern imprinted concrete moulds/matts cannot
be found which means that we will reproduce the pattern by hand. This is
something that is very specialised and we have never come across an area
that we have been unable to match with our hand tooling.
On the day of laying the pattern imprinted concrete we take extra care to
ensure the pattern, colour and texture matches the existing area.
This area needs to be left for a minimum of 72 hours to cure. We will then
powerwash the residue release powder that was laid to prevent the matts
from sticking. This then needs to be left for a further 24 hours before
finally sealing the pattern imprinted concrete area to complete the project.
